We are delighted to help you obtain the Howard Miller product you want though using our no-interest 2, 3, 4 and 6 easy Layaway Payment Plans on new Howard Miller products purchased from us that are over $500.00 (US).

We offer the following interest-free Layaway plans :

PLAN 1. Any purchases totaling $500.00 to $1,500.00 = 3 payment plan
1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days and the remaining 1/3 in 60 days

PLAN 2. Any purchases totaling $750.00 to $2,000.00 = 4 payment plan
1/4 down, 1/4 in 30 days, 1/4 in 60 days and the remaining 1/4 in 90 days

PLAN 3. Any purchases totaling $1,200.00 and up = 6 payment plan
1/6 down, 1/6 in 30 days, 1/6 in 60 days, 1/6 in 90 days,
1/6 in 120 days and the remaining 1/6 in 150 days

Special Holiday Layaway Plan:
$500 and up = 2 payment plan - 25% down, balance paid by December 11th, 2008

Price Protection:
Item's price the date the layaway is started is what the layaway order will be billed at.

Please note: Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee if a payment becomes 30 days late. Once the restocking fee is charged, any remaining amounts paid in on the layaway will become a store credit for the customer, good on purchases from us as a store credit. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on layaways.

Unless a layaway was set up for the issuance of a HowardMillerTime.com Gift Certificate, layaways are not transferable. Cancelled layaways and layaways not completed are subject to a 20% cancellation fee - the remaining balance can be used as credit towards any purchase in our HowardMillerTime.com eBay store within the next 12 months (less eBay fees or PayPal transaction fees if any have been charged on your original purchase).
