Never have I seen a company that does what it says it will - until HowardMillerTime.
When they said they would have my new J.H. Miller Grandfather clock filling my home with it's beautiful magic for Christmas - they indeed did!

They followed my purchase all the way from having my clock made at the factory through every phase of the delivery, including coming out on Christmas Eve and setting it up and staying to make sure it was keeping perfect time and I knew how to work it.

Their team even took the extra time to review all the features and how to use them. Then a week later when I let them know it had settled and maybe needed to be leveled again - they said no problem at all. Thanks so much - I highly recommend HowardMillerTime (at eBay).
